Payment methods available on Eptimum.com

• Credit card / Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Virtual credit card

  

  Payment by card allows you to receive the product you have ordered immediately (except in exceptional cases, such as products requiring prior proof of identity, for example).
  Payment is made via our secure payment interface. Eptimum does not have access to the bank details entered, which are transmitted in real time to our payment partner Payline. You are given the option of ticking a box to save your payment method for future purchases so that you do not need to enter your bank details again. In this case, the information is stored directly on the servers of our partner Payline, which is PCI-DSS certified, and not on Eptimum's servers. Your credit card details are encrypted using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and are therefore never transmitted in clear text over the network.

  Additional security / DSP 2:

  The new payment regulations for e-commerce sites (DSP2) are in place at Eptimum to secure your online payments.
  After entering your credit card number, you will be redirected to your bank's authentication site. You will then need to follow your bank's authentication instructions. Once your authentication has been validated, you will be automatically redirected to our site.

  PayPal / PayPal in 4 instalments with no fees

  If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to a secure page on the Paypal website where you will be asked to log in. Eptimum will not have access to your bank details. This Paypal payment method allows you to receive your order immediately (except in certain cases, such as products requiring prior verification).
  
  NEW: it is now possible to pay in 4 instalments at no extra cost with PayPal.
  To select this option, once you are logged in to the PayPal page, simply scroll down and select the 4 instalment payment option. The amount of the 4 instalments will be clearly displayed at this point.

  Bank transfer

  Payment by bank transfer is not an instant payment method and therefore does not allow you to receive your order immediately. Your order will be released and the corresponding email sent only upon receipt of your transfer by our bank (usually within 48 to 72 working hours).
  If you choose this payment method, please indicate the order number as the reference for your transfer.

  Cheque

  Payment by cheque is not an instant payment method and therefore will not allow you to receive your order immediately. Your order will only be released and the corresponding email sent once your cheque has been received by our services.
  If you choose this payment method, the cheque must be sent to the following address: Eptimum, 49 rue de la Vanne, 92120 Montrouge, France. Please date your cheques on the day of your purchase and write your order number on the back of your cheque.

  Administrative mandate / Chorus

  This payment method is exclusively reserved for public sector organisations (education, local authorities, etc.). When choosing your payment method, simply select the ‘Administrative mandate’ option. This will allow you to download your order form to be returned:
